The staff's English proficiency is lacking, leading to difficulty communicating with them.

Best aspects of the stay were the clean rooms with functioning air-conditioning and affordable prices. the hotel had a pool and bar, which was a great addition for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. the location was also convenient for accessing the main attractions in the city.

Worst aspects of the stay were the lack of variety in the Chinese style breakfast and the difficulty for taxi drivers to find the hotel. the staff did not change the bed sheets or duvet covers without being prompted.

The hotel location is convenient, located near a bus stop and taxi stands. The room amenities such as the hairdryer and electrical plugs were useful. , the staff tried to help us as much as they could, and we appreciated their effort.

Our stay at the hotel was not the most pleasant. The bed linens had a strong cigarette odor.
